Is this filing a new or amended Statement of Candidacy?

If you are registering for the first time, you should file a new Statement of Candidacy. If you have previously filed a Statement of Candidacy for the same office but are running in a different state, you should also file a new Statement of Candidacy. If you are running for the same office in the same state, you should file an amended Statement of Candidacy. If your district number changes but your office sought and state remain the same, you should amend the Statement of Candidacy.
